{"id":5776,"date":"2015-05-13T18:44:12","date_gmt":"2015-05-13T13:14:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/reconnectenergy.com\/blog\/?p=3066"},"modified":"2015-05-13T18:44:12","modified_gmt":"2015-05-13T13:14:12","slug":"haryana-finalizes-retail-tariff-for-fy-15-16","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reconnectenergy.com\/haryana-finalizes-retail-tariff-for-fy-15-16\/","title":{"rendered":"Haryana Finalizes Retail Tariff for FY 15-16"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC) on May 7th, 2015 has finalized the retail supply tariff applicable for FY 15-16.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The summary of the Industrial tariffs is given in the graph below:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/44.224.164.21\/new__w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/HERC-Industrial-Tariff-Comparison.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3081\" title=\"HERC Industrial Tariff Comparison'\" src=\"http:\/\/44.224.164.21\/new__w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/HERC-Industrial-Tariff-Comparison.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"605\" height=\"371\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reconnectenergy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/HERC-Industrial-Tariff-Comparison.png 605w, https:\/\/reconnectenergy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/HERC-Industrial-Tariff-Comparison-300x184.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 605px) 100vw, 605px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Commercial Consumers tariff defined for FY 15-16 is Rs. 6.3\/kVAh compared to Rs. 5.71\/kVAh, a rise of 9.4% which is significant. And the LT industrial tariff for FY 15-16 has been increase by 6-7% compared to previous year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Wheeling Charges:\u00a0 <\/strong>The wheeling charges have been fixed at Rs. 0.85 per kWh.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cross Subsidy Surcharges:<\/strong>The CSS for HT industrial consumers will be Rs. 0.93 per unit, and for Non-domestic HT consumers Rs. 1.46 per unit. A graph on the CSS defined by the commission over the years is below:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/44.224.164.21\/new__w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/HERC-CSS-Over-the-Years1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3085\" title=\"HERC CSS Over the Years\" src=\"http:\/\/44.224.164.21\/new__w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/HERC-CSS-Over-the-Years1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"597\" height=\"355\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reconnectenergy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/HERC-CSS-Over-the-Years1.png 597w, https:\/\/reconnectenergy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/HERC-CSS-Over-the-Years1-300x178.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 597px) 100vw, 597px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The CSS for industrial consumers saw a decrease of almost 54% compared to previous year and the same of Nondomestic HT consumer has been increased by 73%.
