The commission through a separate <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/pserc.nic.in\/pages\/Public-Notice-19-5-15.pdf\">Public Notice<\/a><\/strong> has invited comments and suggestions on the proposed <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pserc.nic.in\/pages\/Staff-Paper-2015-16.pdf\">Staff Paper<\/a><\/strong>.
